Salmon With Fries and Salad

To have fish on your table is very important. First of all it is good for your health. Second it is amazingly delicious. Fish could be cooked and combined with many things. Either grilled, fried or steamed. Combined with fresh vegetable, mashed potatoes and whatever you could think of. Fish is amazing.

Salmon as a whole is one of the healthiest fishes. It has Omega3 and it is good for you digestion. It is important though to buy fresh fish to eat, not frozen.

An easy recipe that you can to at home for less than 30 minutes is something everybody loves. Imagine the delicious slamon, combined with french fries (which everybody loves) and some salad.

  • To prepare the fish you can dip it in soy sauce for about 20 minutes (if you are into soy sauce).
  • Or you could do a marinate by mixing half cup of fresh squeezed grapefruit juice, honey and sesame. Leave the fish in the marinate for 10-15 minutes.
  • Or the last and easiest option is to use olive oil, kosher salt, estragon and black pepper. This will give the fish amazing aromas.
  • Whatever you choose to do is up to you. And it is up to what you like.
  • Prepare the fish on a grill. This way it won’t be too oily and heavy for the stomach. Put the fish on the grill and leave it there until it becomes reddish. Then turn it around. Grill until slightly brown.
  • While grilling the fish put fries in a pan and fry them. The usual way you do.
  • When everything is ready put in a plate and combine with some fresh green salad as canape, sliced tomatoes and some red onion. Add up some lemon to make the salmon more delicious.
  • This dish goes well with rose or white wine. Enjoy!
