Great Nail Design Technique – DIY Marble Nails

No one wants to look messy and we are sure that at least once in your lifetime, you tried to hide your nails, as they were not in a very good condition – broken nails, peeling nail polish etc.

Deteriorated look is not anyone`s favourite, so you should always find the time to take care of your neat and tidy look. If you have broken nails – either visit a nail practitioner to fix them or simply cut all of them, if your nail polish is peeling down and you don`t have the time to put a new one – it is always better to remove it and go out with bare nails, until you can do the job properly. Never let the lack of time be an excuse for an outlook, you don`t like yourself.

In this tutorial, we are eager to show you a very nice, quick and easy technique for a cute nail design with marble effect. You will need a white nail polish, a few nail polishes in different shades of purple, cotton buds and nail polish remover(with acetone). Of course, if you prefer you can go for another colour – purple is not a must.

First apply white nail polish as a base and let it dry completely. Then pour a little bit of nail polish remover into a small cup and soak the cotton but into it. You will need a test area – possibly a polyethylene covered surface, where you can test and try your shades. Dip the cotton bud into a drop of purple nail polish and tap it onto the white nails, making random dots. Repeat the procedure as many times and with as many shades as required, until you get a colour blend you like.

Apply a top coat and voila. Take care of your nails and enjoy the compliments.
