An Article For Choco Lovers

I know that it is quite difficult to read this article, because you try to achieve a body that is ready for the beach, but we must cherish the chocolate, because only the chocolate will make you feel happy like nothing else in the world (of course if you are a Choco lover).

The chocolate is typically sweet, but it is made out of cocoa seeds, which are bitter. The cocoa itself is not caloric, but when it is turned into chocolate (cocoa and sugar), then the bomb is strong. You can even make a homemade chocolate. You will only need several ingredients: milk, powder, butter, water, flour and sugar. As you can see almost every ingredient will put calories in your belly, which will transform into fat if you don’t burn them.

Today I want to show you a few great ideas for chocolate desserts, which will leave you with a mouth full of sweet memory and desire for them, take a look:

Flourless chocolate cake

The ingredients are:

  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt
  • 3/4 cup of white sugar
  • 1 ounce of chocolate chips
  • 1 cup of unsalted butter
  • 6 eggs

Preheat the oven up to 300 F, while you prepare the mixture. Combine the water, the salt and the sugar in a saucepan and stir them above the oven until hot and smooth, set aside. Then microwave the chocolate chip and beat it up in a mixer. Add the butter to the chocolate and mix them. Then add slowly the sugar-salt-water mixture to the chocolate and the butter and keep mixing with the mixer. Then add the eggs one by one. Prepare a pan by greasing the bottom. Pour the whole mixture into that pan. Then fill in a bigger pan with boiling water and put the chocolate pan in the water one. Bake the cake this way for 45 minutes. Enjoy!
